What to Expect (New Patients)

Schedule A Comprehensive New Patient Consultation
  • Schedule: Call (505) 323-8100. New patient consultation with Dr. Jan Jay is $400.
  • First Visit (60–75 min) Physician‑led review of history & goals, targeted exam, and relevant data.
  • Personalized Plan Clear recommendations across modalities (IV nutrition, hormone/regenerative, skin/aesthetics, lifestyle).
  • Follow‑Up Written summary, next steps, and coordination of any labs/prescriptions if needed.
How to Prepare
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check‑in.
  • Bring a photo ID, a current list ofmedications/ supplements, and any recent labs or records.
  • Hydrate well the day before and day of your visit (especially if IV therapy is likely).
  • Eat a light meal beforehand. If fasting labs are needed, we’ll advise you in advance.
  • If discussing skin/aesthetic options, arrive with a clean, makeup‑free face; avoid strong exfoliants/retinoids for 24–48 hours prior.
  • Wear comfortable clothing with sleeves that roll up easily.
  • If you track health data (Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, etc.), bring or share your data.

After Your Visit and Follow‑Up
  • You’ll receive a concise written summary of recommendations and next steps.
  • If labs are ordered, we’ll coordinate the draw (in‑clinic or partner lab). Most results return in 3–7 business days depending on the panel.
  • We’ll schedule a follow‑up visit to review results, answer questions, and calibrate your plan (often 2–4 weeks after the first visit).
